Technologies for home entertainment, new TV services, sophisticated equipment for the high definition of the visual and audio signals are making progress daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There are many different electronic devices inside the PCB and the racks for\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">digital signal transmissions<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">; the vast majority of these components are small and develop\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">heat<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0during operation. In this case, the\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/priatherm.com\/en\/portfolio\/pt-zed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">LCP<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0was dimensioned for dissipation of 1,8 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Power transistors have the\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">maximum efficiency\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">below a temperature of 100 \u00b0C, but they can operate up to maximum temperatures of 150 \u00b0C on the case.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">T in of the fluid was specified 30 \u00b0C.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Available space was the standard 19\u201d (inches) rack. Cooling channels had to pass under all critical heat sources to\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">reduce the overtemperature<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0of the components: efficiency and lifetime of Electronics will increase providing the customer and the end-user with significant advantages. Flow rate, fluid speed, pressure drop, the\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">path<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0of the circuit (parallel Vs series, short cuts, proper curves, collectors, etc.) were important parameters to consider and optimize.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Manufacturing limitations and safety rules have been also kept in mind in the design, to control costs and secure correct sealing. Regarding this, all\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/priatherm.com\/en\/portfolio\/pt-zed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cold Plates<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0must be tested at overpressure to validate the quality of the joint and ensure the customer that no liquid will drop on the electronic circuits by mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243;
