Natural Convection vs Forced Convection

Convection is a way to transfer heat within a liquid, a vapor, or a gas through moving volumes relative to the surrounding medium. There is two method of convection: Natural convection and Forced convection. Natural convection arises due to differences in density in the air caused by temperature differences. Forced convection (forced cooling) requires a separate convection source in the form of fans. In this e-book we explain the PRO and CON of the two types of Convention.
