Priatherm and its engineers are able to find to the right solutions for every need in the field of heat dissipation through tailor-made services, including:
Engineering and Customized Thermal Analysis
Our engineers use the latest CFD modeling software with fully integrated CAD-CAM to carry out simulations at the heat sink and system levels.
This allows us to evaluate crucial issues in real time, optimizing each solution quickly and cost effectively in order to reach the prototype stage.
To support an initial analytical analysis, we are able to carry out experimental tests in our laboratory.
Prototyping
Our highly specialized technicians allow Priatherm to be flexible and reactive in the prototyping phase.
Furthermore, through brazing in nitrogen atmosphere (C.A.B. brazing) it is possible to produce air and liquid heat sinks with low tooling costs and in reduced times.
Testing Capabilities
The need to verify the quality and safety of their products is essential for a company, especially if it is growing on the global market.
This is why Priatherm LAB was born.
Through our laboratory, which uses cutting-edge tools and software, and thanks to various partnerships with accredited companies and with the universities of Ferrara and Bologna, Priatherm engineers are able to conduct numerous thermal tests and analyzes, such as:
