Within the framework of Cocchi Technologies Group’s strategic initiatives in the cooling systems sector, a new industrial integration process involving Tecnoal has been initiated.
As of March 16, 2026, Priatherm – a division of Advanced Techne S.r.l. – has taken over the management of Tecnoal S.r.l., with the objective of ensuring continuity of production activities and preserving the industrial assets developed by the company.
This transition marks the beginning of a new phase for Tecnoal, now positioned within a broader industrial context, enabling the sharing of technical expertise, resources, and production capabilities. The integration supports the strengthening of the organization and the structured development of activities over time.
Operations continue without disruption, with a gradual alignment of organizational, administrative, and commercial processes.
